PAYMENTS

The Company offers multiple payment options to Members on the Website

NATIONAL / INTERNATIONAL

Razorpay (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI / Wallet / Pay Later): We provide a secure payment option to our members through the online payment gateway Razorpay

PayU (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / Wallet): we provide a secure payment option to our members through the online payment gateway PayU

Cash On Delivery: Cash on Delivery available up to Rs 10000/- Only.

REFUND

Any refunds due by the Company to the Member for non-availability of products or for selection of alternate products shall be made in the following manners

Razorpay (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI / Wallet / Pay Later): The Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI / Wallet / Pay Later account of the Member will be re-credited with the refund amount by the Company. The refund amount will be credited to the Member's account within fifteen (15) business days after the member informs the company that he/she wants their purchase to be canceled and the money to be refunded.

Payu (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and UPI): The credit card account of the Member will be re-credited with the refund amount by the Company. The refund amount will be credited to the Member's account within fifteen (15) business days after the member informs the company that he/she wants their purchase to be canceled and the money to be refunded.

Cash On Delivery: COD payment Refund up to 20 Days. (Must be Provide Bank Details)

AMOUNT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IN CASE OF CUSTOMIZED JEWELRY. ANY ADVANCE AMOUNT PAID BY THE MEMBER AT THE TIME OF PLACING THE ORDER FOR THE CUSTOMIZED JEWELRY SHALL NOT BE REFUNDED BY THE COMPANY TO THE MEMBER IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER.
